“We were really looking forward to staying at this lovely spa hotel however when we arrived it was one disappointment after the other. I thought I had booked a room with a balcony and a view of the bay. I was so disappointed to find out we had a court yard view which basically meant we had a view of a building being constructed not 10 meters away. No courtyard! It was warm and the hotel has no A/C so when we found out the bedroom window did not work and couldn’t open we were upset. The hotel……
