“Toilette pas propre”

“The rooms are pleasant and quiet, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to Brussels and the staff are very kind and courteous. Would very much recommend them!”

“One of the workers agreed to give us 5 hours late check out for €50. We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded ”

“We booked a deluxe double and it’s on the top floor. The room is spacious, clean, seems newly renovated with great comfy queen size bed. The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions such as Grand Place, Mon de Arts, Museums, Cathedral and heaps of eateries and shops around. The hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back in our future Brussel trip.”

“literie parfaite, propreté parfaite, personnel affable et serviable. Hélas, quand on va à l'hôtel c'est le plus souvent pour y...dormir... Au carrefour de deux voies importantes avec un feu de signalisation, l'hôtel est soumis à un bruit incessant ou presque: jusqu'à 1h30 du matin et ensuite à partir de 5h, ce ne sont que vrombissements de moteurs, coups de freins, klaxons, signaux de recul, vibrations et tremblements dus au passage des trams et des véhicules lourds...
