“Utrolig hjælpsomt personale, værten taler engelsk, autentisk italiensk oplevelse, værelserne er meget flotte, man kan købe drinks og snacks i pool-baren”

“The owners were charming and very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist lacked customer service skills. She was not particularly friendly and said nothing to us on checkout, like “have a nice trip” or “we hope you enjoyed your stay.” That was our only disappointment. The dinner was fabulous and the kitchen staff were very responsive.”
