Tucked into the trees in Zephyr Cove, you’ll find this gorgeous, three-level home boasting mountain and views of Lake Tahoe. Spend warm months enjoying the lake at Zephyr Cove Day Use Area, a little over a mile away, or stay dry on any of dozens of nearby hiking trails, including the Tahoe Rim Trail, a little over seven miles away. In the winter, you’re just a few minutes’ drive from both Heavenly and other World Class Lake Tahoe Ski Resorts, and the year-round delights of the Stateline area, including shopping, dining, and casinos, are three miles away.  
  
But first, coffee - enjoy easy mornings on either of your gorgeous, wraparound decks, taking in the mountain air and stunning view - weather-permitting, of course - then slip into the hot tub for a pre-breakfast soak. Inside, you’ll find abundant natural light and the same lovely view thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and modern, stylish furnishings throughout the shared living space combine to create a mountain-modern vibe. Grab your chef’s hat and delight the group with creations from the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and rich solid-wood cabinetry. There’s plenty of room to sit down for a meal together at the adjacent dining table.  
  
After a day of outdoors adventures, come home to cozy up with cocoa in front of the gas fireplace while you stream the latest release, or grab a board game and unplug in the bonus living room downstairs. Those with lingering remote work will appreciate the dedicated office area and free WiFi. Toss the day’s clothes in the convenient washer/dryer, then fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner at home. Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.   
  
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.  
  
Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. This property exceeded our expectations! Better in person than in the pictures. Large rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and communal spaces. Comfortable beds! Very clean and beautifully renovated. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and serve meals for the max group size, including extras like coffee station, huge pantry and fridge. Views of the lake from the living room, kitchen and 2 decks! BBQ and hot tub worked perfectly. Quick response time from property managers. Easy to access uber services. Would definitely stay here again. Highly Recommend!

#### Good would be great

Everything was excellent except, it does not have a/c. The 3rd floor kitchen and master sweet make it almost unbearable during summer months. Everything was clean, the 5 bedrooms is nice, the location is perfect, the house is absolutely beautiful and the view is pretty spectacular, I just wish it had a/c.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The space was perfect for our two families (total of 8 people). The hot tub was very nice in the evening and the house was equipped with everything you could need. The only thing I would note is that in the description it says the beach is a 6 minute walk. It is actually about a 5 minute drive and if you wanted to walk it is very steep and would definitely take more than 6 minutes.
