"Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Leider hat das Restaurant nur vom Mittwochs bis Samstags auf, unsere Aufenthalt war von Samstag bis Mittwoch morgens, daher hatten wir quasi nichts davon. Leider gibt es auch keinerlei Getränke im Hotel, keine Minibar und auch kein Automat. Zusammen mit dem geschlossenen Restaurant/ Bar war das recht ungünstig am Wochenende anzureisen. "Very convenient for walking to airport, all you do is exit the front door and walk into the airport. We had an early morning flight back to the US and it made it so simple to stay here. Food at the restaurant was also very good. Almost better than most places we went out to eat in the city. Would recommend."

"Overall a really fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. When we arrived it was very difficult to establish where to check in as multiple check-in locations were closed. Eventually when we did check in, they will never check you in early - they even suggest you park your car at the lodge, which is strange as you can see your lodge available and ready to use but the key doesn’t work till 3pm. Then when it was 3pm we walked back to the lodge only from the hangar to find the key didn’t work so had to walk back to the desk (15 minute walk each way) whilst my wife had to feed our crying baby on the steps of the lodge. Other than that, it’s such a cool place and our lodge was lovely. The restaurant in the tiki bar, was absolutely fantastic and was way above our expectations. The wristband system for paying for everything is dangerously easy! As mentioned, we travelled with a baby and aside from the check-in process, it really was perfect as the water is a lovely temperature and no danger of being cold out of the water in tropical climate of the hangar. We had Amazonian lodge with a sauna and it was brilliant. As stated before it’s a 10-15 minute walk which is fine (as long as your key works..!)"

Had to use different credit cards to pay the city tax putting unnecessary stress on me to miss my return flight."
