"Very nice historic hotel with warm hosts"

"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"- Smelly of smoke, mole, dirty textiles etc - Mediocre service - Uncomfortable and old beds - Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises - We got a room without toilet even it was booked We will not come back, 100% for sure and I recommend to stay somewhere else. "

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. "We have stayed a couple of days but did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel. We did rent however bikes (very easy!!!). Very friendly service and good place to be. We did enjoy the stay very much and would come back for sure. "

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Zweck der Übernachtung war, eine allzu frühe Anfahrt in den Raum Malchin zu vermeiden, so dass das Hotel Marcus den Zweck hatte, eine verhältnismäßig günstige Nacht in der Gegend verbringen zu können. Für diesen Zweck ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet, ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war gut, das Personal nett. Das Einzige, was etwas störte, war, dass das Zimmer keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung der Fenster bot, so dass es nachts relativ hell im Zimmer war. Hier wären Innenrollos...
