I had a great stay at The Novel Hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive to details. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality.

They tried to charge me again for the what I booked on Expedia . I showed them my credit card statement and confirmation email of booking . Bar was closed or they said it was full . I checked in decently late like 6pm ish was unable to use any amenities, wish I stayed somewhere else.

I stayed one week in Mersin oteli and it was great.Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, speak English very well especially Rajab, Moukader and younos.Housekeepers also yilderim and hassan are very cooperative. Breakfast is very delicious. Location is excellent near the center and one minute walking to the sea and bus station. There are rooms with balconies and wonderful sea view. Room rates are fair in comparison of other r stars hotels in the area. Definitely when I go back to Mersin,I will stay there again cause it was very nice experience.
