"You took my money and hadn’t booked. I’ve been trying to get my refund as they made me pay at the property when you had already taken my money and told me I had a booking. I got there and there was no booking and no money in my account. I do not trust this site anymore and will be sharing this with all my peers and network. "

"This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking is in an underground secure parking lot - make sure you park in a spot marked “C Reserved” on r you’ll get clamped!"
