“One night, no sleep, and no one willing to help We booked a single night at this property while driving back from a beach vacation, roughly nine hours on the road, with the plan to rest and continue our trip in the morning. That rest never happened. A group of children (around 30 of them) gathered outside, in front of the reception desk, and shouted and screamed from around 9 pm until at least 11 pm.
