"Hjälpsam reception, egen parkering och en mycket bra restaurang samt god frukost. Mina varmaste rekommendationer."

"Great place to stay. Very comfortable and right near the old town center. Only reason for 4 stars as we had some noise issues because it was fully booked and people were partying on the weekend."

"Nice hotel with restaurant and parking inside "

"A boutique accommodation in a beautiful setting with charming rooms and a wonderful onsite restaurant."

"Very quiet and clean hotel, very friendly staff. Equipment rather limited and breakfast quite good (both in quantity and quality), overall a good stay."

"It was our first time at this Palace. Beautiful place with wonderful amenities and great staff. We had a room in a Palce which was very clea, big and very nicely decorated. Food in the restaurants was delicious. The best breakfast we had so far. We used their swimming pool and sauna to relax. Highly recommend."

"Camille made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Excellent facility and very professional staff. "

"Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming"

"Very nice hotel close to all the pottery shops, very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. Terry"
