Villa Ladonja is a charming 3 bedroom stone Villa, with a private pool, located in the heart of Istria.
The house has a private fenced garden with flowers and greenery, a barbecue and an outside dining table.
Perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings, with delicious istrian wine, in tranquility, and under a star lit sky.

A private pool, sun shades, and sun beds with a view to the nature.

A dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with an inside fireplace, all decorated in the traditional Istrian style, with much comfort, are located on the bottom floor.
The bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with comfortable mattresses, and are very quiet, with windows overlooking the garden.

In 30 minutes drive, you can easily reach all the other parts of Istria, beaches, landscapes, events.

Peaceful and private villa
We were very impressed when we arrived at 2.15am in the morning, after a long drive from Venice, to find our host waiting for us. We were very pleased with the villa, pool and large garden. It was clean and tidy and the flowers on the table and the eggs and wine were a lovely welcome. The hammock frame broke during our stay but Mr Zufic had it welded and back in the garden the next day! We were expecting a villa clean and change of bed linen during our stay but this did not happen. Towels and spare linen are provided in the wardrobes but we were disappointed not to have that service during our two week stay. Apart from that, we could not fault the villa. We had a wonderful family holiday and really enjoyed the pool and garden area. It is great there is also a table tennis table, badminton net and trampoline! We would recommend this lovely villa. If you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place to stay for peace and quiet in a lovely location. Thank you Familie Zufic!

Perfect villa
This was a charming villa, in peaceful surroundings but not far from coast (30 mins) with local village 4km away. The villa is very well equipped, everything you could possibly need and the garden is brilliant with pool, table tennis etc. We've had a brilliant two weeks and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Urlaub vom ersten Moment an
Wir verbrachten eine winderschöne, erholsame woche mit 5 "halbstarken" jungs und 2 hunden in karnevali. Hätte istrien nicht so viele tolle orte, die wir alle bequem erreichen konnten, zu bieten, hätten wir die woche auch sehr zufrieden einfach nur in unserem tollen ferienhaus genießen können. Das grundstück mit pool ist der hammer, riesengroß und sehr gepflegt und mit viel liebe angekegt. Die umgebung ruhig und idyllisch. Der vermieter war supernett und zuvorkommend. Zum geburtstag meiner schwester brachte er sogar teller voller kroatischer köstlichkeiten als geschenk.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub In einem super Ferienhaus!
Ich habe lange nach einer geeigneten Unterkunft für mich und meine Hündin gesucht. Ist ja nicht immer einfach etwas passendes zu finden, wenn man mit Hund verreist. Grosser eingezäunter Garten und ein Pool für mich waren meine Kriterien.. Alles das haben wir in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus vorgefunden! Es ist von Rino, dem Besitzer der gleich nebenan wohnt, liebevoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet, und es ist alles vorhanden,was man im Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus benötigt.. Selbst ein Mückenspray habe ich vorgefunden:-). Es war so sauber und einladend dort, das ich mich sofort wohl gefühlt habe. Und meiner Hündin ging es genauso, sie war sehr begeistert von dem riesigen Garten. Ich habe mich für das Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und angrenzendem, sehr schön renovierten Bad entschieden. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und hat eine ausreichende Größe, um sich darin wohlzufühlen und ein paar Runden zu schwimmen. Das Haus liegt zwar etwas abseits von Zminj, aber das bewirkt, das man seine Ruhe hat und total entspannen kann. Rino ist ein so netter Vermieter, zurückhaltend und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Aber sofort zur Stelle, wenn möglich, und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man eine Frage hat oder etwas benötigt. Und dann hat er mich noch mit einer Wurstplatte und Käse (alles homemade!), Brot und Oliven überrascht. Total nett und es war mega lecker.! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür Rino. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freue mich schon darauf.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub
Wir haben dieses Objekt gewählt, da wir mit Freunden und Hund verreist sind und es insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer sowie 3 Bäder und einen sehr großen eingezäunten Garten gibt. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und in der Nähe zu weiteren Destinationen. Es gab eine Tischtennisplatte, Federball, Trampolin und einen tollen Pool. Der Vermieter (Rino) wohnt direkt nebenan und hat und mit istrieschen Köstlichkeiten versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung pur in der Nähe von Zminj
Wir hatten 2 sehr erholsame Wochen im Haus von Rino. Er wohnt direkt nebenan, ist aber zurückhaltend und kommt nur, wenn man ihn braucht, und dann sehr schnell. Das Objekt liegt ca. 5 km vom nächsten Ort (Zminj) entfernt, umgegeben von einigen weiteren Ferienhäusern. Es ist ruhig und sauber, die Betten sehr gut zum Schlafen, der Garten groß und komplett eingezäunt, was gut für den Hund war. Es gibt einen sauberen mittelgroßen Pool, an dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Man kann außerdem Tischtennis und Badminton spielen, ein Trampolin gibt es auch. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber gut ausgestattet, es gibt 2 Klimageräte, eins im Erdgeschoss und eins im Flur im Dachgeschoss. Alles was man benötigt von Handtüchern über Toilettenpapier und Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Rino hat uns mit Eiern seiner Hühner versorgt, er hat uns auch hausgemachten Schinken, Salami und Käse geschenkt, und zum Geburtstag haben wir eine riesige Torte bekommen. Ein kleines Manko war das langsame Internet, welches wir (Eltern) zum Arbeiten benötigten. Dazu sind wir dann nach Zminj in die Kaffeebar gefahren und haben unser Auto kostenlos an der Ladestation geladen. Zum Erkunden von Istrien ist Rinos Haus super geeignet, es liegt sehr zentral und man benötigt ca. 30 bis 40 min um Rovinj, Pula, Labin oder diverse Küsten zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Villa absolut empfehlen, vielen Dank an Rino.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool war immer sauber, der Vermieter sehr nett und das Haus war Klasse. Im Haus gab es alles was man brauchte. Im Obergeschoss gibt es eine Klimaanlage und im Erdgeschoss war es immer schön kühl. Wir haben kurz vor Ende unseres Urlaubs noch sehr leckeres Abendessen von den Vermietern bekommen. Das Haus war top, wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kinder hatten in dem grossen Pool sehr viel Spass gehabt. Zum Strand muss man etwas weiter fahren, aber das hatte uns nichts ausgemacht, da wir die meiste Zeit am Pool waren.

Wir machen jedes Jahr einen Urlaub in einem Haus mit Pool, dieses hier war aber etwas besonderes. Ein sauberes gepflegtes Haus, schöner Pool und ein riesiger eingezäunter Garten, der ideal für unseren Hund war. Mit Tischtennisplatte und Volleyball/Badminton Netz. Wir hatten viel Spaß. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Man braucht ein Auto, um an die Küste zu kommen, aber das sollte ja auf Grund der Lage von vorneherein klar sein.

Meine Familie und ich waren alle hochzufrieden. Bilder und Beschreibung geben die Villa perfekt wieder. Es war alles sehr wohnlich, gemütlich und einladend. Wer eine ruhige Gegend ohne Lichtsmog sucht ist hier richtig. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und der freundliche und jederzeit ansprechbare Vermieter Rino hat sich größte Mühe gegeben, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Gelungener Familienurlaub
Zum Erholen perfekt geeignet. Sehr großer Garten mit tollem, sauberem Pool. Viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben für die Kinder. Ebenso eine Schaukel und ein Trampolin. Sehr nette Vermieter. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Ausreichend Handtücher zum Wechseln vorhanden. Ein Fahrt zum Strand ist in ca. 35 min. möglich. Zu empfehlen sind die Strände in Pula und Rovinj. Einkaufen ist im Nachbarort im Supermarkt gut möglich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

La Casa-Finca perfecta
Mi familia y yo la pasamos de maravilla en Villa Ladonja. El señor Rino fue siempre muy amable, atento. Nos sentimos de verdad muy en casa y a gusto. El jardín/ Parcela es totalmente vallada, fue ideal para nuestro perro. La piscina súper limpia. No puedo decir nada negativo!!! Top!!! Muchas gracias!!

Traumhaftes Haus, tolle Gastgeber, keine Wünsche offen!
Das Haus ist gepflegt, insbesondere das 1. OG ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Pool, Außenanlagen sind exakt wie hier beschrieben - ebenfalls alles sauber, gepflegt, schöne und stabile Liegemöbel etc. Empfang vor Ort sehr gastfreundlich, auch zum Abschied gab es eine Käse-Wurst-Platte vom Hausherren, der nebenan wohnt aber während des gesamten Urlaubs wirklich auch nur dann zu sehen war, wenn wir ihn brauchten und man zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl hatte, das man hier "unter Beobachtung" stand. Die Hilfsbereitschaft war sehr groß: Sobald wir unseren Gastgeber per SMS kontaktierten war er wenige Minuten später sofort zur Stelle - und druckte uns bspw. sogar ein Einreisedokument aus, dass wir benötigten. Kurzum - besser geht´s nicht. Traumhaftes Haus, gute Lage, sehr viele Auslugsziele von hier aus zu erreichen. Sport- und Spielangebote direkt am Haus im großzügigen Garten (selbst Badmintonschläger und Tischtennisschläger stehen zur Verfügung, ebenso 2 Fahrräder). Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus nur empfehlen! Ganz herzlichen Dank!

Superschöne Ferienwohnung mit herzlichem Vermieter
Rino und seine Familie haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Eier und Gemüse aus dem heimischen Garten gab es obendrauf. Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig eine Sitzmöglichkeit im hinteren Garten wäre noch schön gewesen. Wie können die Fewo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Erholung pur - Top Ferienhaus
Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Ferienhaus. Alles ist sauber und durchdacht. Der Pool ist super und das Grundstück riesig. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei - alles ist eingezäunt, so dass diese frei laufen konnten. Der Vermieter Rino ist sehr gastfreundlich: Begrüßt wurden wir mit Eiern von seinen Hühnern, leckeren Keksen und selbst-gemachtem Schnaps. Für zwei Nächte kamen Freunde zu Besuch - alles kein Problem. Bis an die Küste fährt man eine gute halbe Stunde - Ausfüge sind möglich. Wir haben jedoch die meisten Zeit entspannt und in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub !
Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und insbesondere die Außenbereiche sind top 👍Auch sehr zu empfehlen mit Hund, da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Der sehr nette Vermieter hält das Objekt top in Schuss, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hauses in der Nähe von Zminj ist perfekt, um Istrien zu erkunden. Beste Pizza übrigens in der Pizzeria Ulika und die Konoba Puli Jurica ist sehr zu empfehlen 👌 Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Ladonja und kommen gerne wieder !!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben im August eine Woche in der Villa Ladonja verbracht und sind begeistert. Tolles Ferienhaus, sehr gut ausgestattet, ein schönes und modernes Bad. Pool und Aussenanlage großzügig und ausgesprochen gepflegt, viel Platz zum Spielen (unsere beiden Kinder sind 11 und 14 Jahre alt), Lesen und Entspannen. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausverwalter ausgesprochen unkompliziert und nie aufdringlich. Empfehlenswert!

Der 2. Traumurlaub in der Villa Ladonja
Wir waren bereits vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr hier und sind wieder absolut zufrieden! Wir hatten selbst im September noch super Wetter und konnten den Pool täglich nutzen. Das Haus und der Garten sind nach wie vor absolut sauber und gemütlich. Ein großes Lob gibt es für das neue Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer! Das ist wirklich toll geworden. 2 Wochen toller Aufenthalt
Wir waren 2 Wochen bei Familie Zufic (sehr, sehr nett und freundlich) mit (Klein-)Kinder und Hunden. Wir waren Ende August/Anfang September dort. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was ein Haus haben muss. Auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine wurde angeschafft und im oberen Stockwerk ist eine Klimaanlage integriert. Zu dieser Zeit vermute ich war das Wetter sehr durchwachsen. Während wir in Zminj Regen hatten und es nicht so warm war, war es Porec, Pula, Rovinj ca. 30 Grad. Die Abende waren auch etwas kühler. Porec, Pula, Rovinj kann ich jedem Reisenden empfehlen. Der Pool war immer sauber, zwar etwas kalt, aber nach ein paar Sprüngen hat uns das nicht weiter beschäftigt. :) Ansonsten kann ich mich an die positiven Beiträge anschließen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können es uns vorstellen, diese Unterkunft wieder zu mieten.
