Oaks offer shade during the day relaxing places beside a small fishpond. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water provides further refreshments. Holiday joy to a great extent provides you with the additional covered outdoor kitchen, with hob, electric grill, sink and a brick pizza oven (wood fire) is equipped. From here you can enjoy the sea during cooking even a glimpse. Inside there is a living room with an open kitchen, which is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher and microwave / grill. There are further satellite TV (German and French), DVD, Internet and WIFI. In an adjoining room / pantry there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as ample parking and storage facilities. There are three double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower / bidet and a separate toilet. All areas of the house have a threshold-free access. The second house is inhabited by the administrator of the estate, which is available at any time with any questions or technical problems. Support at home or while babysitting can be reconciled with his wife. Parking is abundant on the property. Much more important than all the details of the accommodation is the most unique and beautiful location of the resort in close proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. The 1.5 km long sandy beach can be reached through the grounds of the resort in 5 minutes walk. For foreigners there are only distant parking, so the beach is less frequented in high season. From the beach you can enjoy the fantastic view to the open sea and towards the hinterland along the freshwater flow to the up to 2000 m high mountains. Until hundreds of meters into the sea there is only sand with no vegetation, enstprechend glorious are the colors of the water. Wir waren eine Woche in Olmuccio und konnten unseren Urlaub dort sehr genießen. Wir waren immer fast alleine am Strand (Anfang September) und unsere 5 jährigen Zwillinge konnten dort, obwohl noch Nichtschwimmer, alleine schnorcheln und auf den Felsen Bigorneaux suchen. Hatten sogar das Glück, eine große Meeräsche und einen schönen Wolfsbarsch mit der Angel fangen zu können. Wenn wir nicht am 3 min entfernten Meer waren, haben wir den schönen schattigen Garten mit Außenküche genossen und die Kinder haben sich über die regelmäßigen Besuche der Nachbarskatzen gefreut. Zudem waren wir überglücklich das während unsres Aufenthaltes auch die Besitzer zugegen waren. Martin hat uns mit super Tips für Ausflüge versorgt und uns in die Geheimnisse hinter der touristischen Perspektive von Korsika eingeweiht. Wir genossen dies sehr. Das Meer ist an dieser Stelle traumhaft klar und man sieht beim schnorcheln viele Fische und sonstige Meerestiere. Der Kieselstrand ist auch sehr sauber und die kleine Strandbar ist ebenfalls ein Traum. Frische Salate, Paninis oder auch Crêpes stehen auf der Karte. Die Lage des Hause ist wirklich sehr nahe am Meer. Der Garten mit den Bäumen ist auch bei warmen Temperaturen zum geniessen. Im Haus selber findet man alles was man braucht. Die Aussenküche war für uns ein Traum. Nachts ist es wirklich ruhig. Also wir werden den Ort sicher weiterempfehlen. ##### Evelyn F. Schon in der Zeit vor unserer Ankunft in Olmucciu wurden wir von Familie Bucher kompetent beraten und mit den nötigen Infos versorgt. Die freundliche Hausmeisterfamilie um Momo stand uns zudem mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Verfügung. Insbesondere der grosszügige Außenbereich mit der in die natürliche Umgebung (Steineichen, Felsen und uralter Olivenbaum) ideenreich und achtsam eingefügten Terrasse ist mehr als gelungen. Hier lässt es sich an sommerlichen Abenden mit der zweckmäßigen Aussenküche und bei romantischer Beleuchtung lange und gut aushalten. Olmucciu mit seiner privaten Atmosphäre ist ein ruhiger und erholsamer Ort - Tags wie auch Nachts. Die netten Kontakte zu den Nachbarn der Residence Olmucciu mit brauchbaren Tips und Hinweisen kamen uns zugute. Der kurze Weg zum Strand mit entspanntem Baden im glasklaren Meer brachte uns Erfrischung nach unseren kleinen und grossen Ausflügen. Auffällig gut sind die Matrazzen der Betten ; - wir hatten diesmal keinerlei Rückenschmerzen wie in manch anderen Unterkünften unserer bisherigen Reisen. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe war perfekt, der Strand selbst und die Umgebung wunderschön für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Strand war angenehm belebt, so dass auch Jugendliche hier durchaus Anschluss finden können. Das Haus mit der tollen Terrasse und der Außenküche mit Pizzaofen(!) hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Tipps der außerordentlich netten Vermieter u.a. für Ausflüge in die Berge sowie für die besten Pizzarezepte und die Versorgung durch den Verwalter haben es uns an nichts fehlen lassen. La description est fidèle, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour une famille (lave linge, lave vaisselle, machine à café, ventilateurs). C’est bien situé (30m des plages renommées) mais attention aux bouchons inévitables en journée à Ste Lucie a cause d’un feu rouge plutôt mal fait. La plage de pinarellu est magnifique et évite tous ces désagréments dus au trafic. Un maraîcher à proximité et un supermarché à 10m. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et disponibles, réactifs et attentifs. Avec un petit refresh, ce serait un 20/20 pour le rapport qualité / prix. ##### Alessandra C. Sehr gut ausgestattet, mit zusätzlichen Highlights wie Fischteich, Outdoorküche und Outdoordusche. Uns und unseren Kindern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kamen an und waren begeistert. Der Außenbereich ist liebevoll und sehr schön gestaltet, toll ist die Außendusche, die wir ausschließlich benutzt haben. Die Außenküche lädt zum gemütlichen Kochen ein, der Blick geht nur ins Grüne. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sogar Moskitonetzte gab es an allen Fenstern und Türen, so dass wir einen erholsamen Schlaf hatten. Der Weg zum Stand dauert allenfalls ein paar Minuten und der Strand war selbst jetzt im Juli fast leer. Kristallklares Wasser lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei es ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben diesmal weiter die Insel erkundet-herrlich. Aber am schönsten ist es genau dort, an dem tollen Strand mit der wilden Macchia dahinter. Wir haben Sonne und Wärme getankt, uns bestens erholt und natürlich kommen wir wieder, in die schöne Wohnung mit der gemütlichen Terrrasse. Es ist von Anfang bis Ende einfach ein toller Aufenthalt dort. Es fehlt nichts, es ist alles da, die Umgebung ist wunderbar, der Service und das Kümmern prima, der Strand ein Traum. Aug 1, 2017 #### Toller Bungalow am Traumstrand Ein bestens ausgestatteter Bungalow in guter, ruhiger Lage. Es fehlt an nichts und die Einrichtung ist top. Die riesige Terrasse mit schattenspendenden Eichen, kleinem Fischbach und Outdoor Küche (mit Pizzaofen) ist fantastisch. Wir haben fast die komplette Zeit dort draußen verbracht. Den Strand erreicht man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Dieser ist wunderschön, der Sand angenehm grobkörnig und das Wasser kristallklar. Vor allem ist er nicht so überlaufen, wie die anderen "Traumstrände" Korsikas. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns im Vorfeld gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wenn man vor Ort irgendeine Hilfe benötigt, steht Momo, der Hausverwalter, jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, ein toller Fleischer und eine Bäckerei sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Insgesamt sind die Unterkunft und die Lage absolut empfehlenswert, insbesondere wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung in einer tollen Umgebung sucht. ##### Jörg N. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub dort, die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts! Die Betten sind bequem, alles tiptop sauber und auch in der Aussen- und Innenküche ist mehr als alles vorhanden. Man läuft keine 3min. zum Strand...und der ist mit nichts zu toppen. Endlos, sauber und mit herrlicher Natur umgeben! Die Verwalter kümmern sich perfekt um jedes kleine Problem und geben immer Auskunft. Wir haben schon viele schöne Ausflugsziele und Tips bekommen von den Vermietern...wir haben gar nicht alle durch, macht nichts, diesen Herbst geht es weiter!! Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen, es war unser schönster Urlaub!!! Ein wunderschöner, energiegeladener Ort voller Ruhe und Natur. ##### Viola S.
