"The room was beautiful with spectacular views of the Danube. Comfortable bed, good shower, etc. I wasn’t happy that they wouldn’t give me IHG rewards credit claiming that because I booked through Hotels.com I was ineligible. The Lebanese restaurant food was very good but when I asked for waiter for water he insisted there was only bottled water yet he brought 2 pitchers of water to the table next to me. "

"I stayed there with my family. The hotel was clean. The location is great. It’s in the center of everything. It’s a walking distance to the basilica, Buda castle , parliment , synagogue and liberty square . The staff was super nice. Great customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. The concierge gentleman was so helpful. He made reservations for us. Helped us with our itinerary. We loved Budapest and loved this hotel would stay there again "

"Brilliant place. I had a huge room, clean with a super comfortable bed, in traditional style with lovely character. The staff were helpful. The lobby and shared areas of the hotel are lovely. The cafe is simply beautiful. The hotel is literally across the street from the bus stop from the airport, and right by a metro station too. It couldn’t be easier to find. And to top it all off, the price was incredibly reasonable. Honestly I loved it here and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. "
