Lovely property, close to transport. Zug is a beautiful safe area. Only downside, there was no air con in the apartment.

Die Wohnung war super schön, groß und ordentlich. Einziges Manko, die Beleuchtung war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig dunkel in dem Essbereich/Arbeitszimmer. Meine Fragen wurden super beantwortet, alle sehr nett.

Amazing location- clean, quiet - walk to the lake - washer and dryer - parking down the street was $84 for one night so find a better garage :)

Very clean and close to the train station, tram line and buses. Can reach Zurich airport in 1hr on a direct train. Supermarkets in close walking distance within a shopping centre that has a variety of clothes, shoes and groceries. A few restaurant options too.

Amazing apartment, super modern , extremely clean with all you need for a perfect stay. Host super responsive . Asked for additional pillows , arrived no in no time, big thank you! Would recommend just few capsule for the machine .

Overall the property was OK. Nothing special, there was no air con which is fine, but a small fan would have been good as it was very hot and could not sleep. There was an odd smell in the flat which lingered throughout our stay. The pillows were awful, and so was the bed. Would have been nice to have more pillows and a lighter sheet for hot weather as this again, affected our sleep. The appliances were great and had everything you needed. The location is great, quiet, clean and have shops nearby. I personally would not stay here again but maybe in cooler weather, with more pillows would be good.

Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. The property also had no air conditioning, which was not made clear beforehand. As a result, the apartment was unbearably hot, and none of us were able to sleep properly during our entire three-night stay. The listing was also misleading. It stated that Lake Zug is visible from the rooms, creating the impression that it is a lake-view property. In reality, the lake is approximately a 10-minute walk away and is not visible from the rooms at all. This was a significant factor in our decision to book the property, and we feel we were misled. In addition: There was no soap provided in the bathrooms, which is a basic necessity. There was no housekeeping service during our entire three-day stay. The shower did not have an anti-slip mat or other visible anti-slip protection, and my wife slipped while using it. Thankfully, she was not seriously injured, but this raised serious concerns about guest safety. The lack of sleep caused by the excessive heat significantly affected our vacation. Overall, the accommodation failed to deliver the basic.

Overall this is a really nice apartment and the staff were prompt to respond and also help with some minor issues we had during the stay. The only real complaints were that we lacked pillows (only two very small pillows, fortunately we had packed our own) and that the apartment had no A/C. I understand that lack of AC is quite common in Europe and likely it wouldn't be an issue 95% of the time, but we were there during a bit of a minor heatwave and the last two days were particularly warm and it took until quite late for the inside air to be comfortable even with all windows open. Perhaps just having a nice tower fan would have likely helped a lot. Still, it was a nice stay and I would choose it again, although I might monitor the weather.
