The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular due to the view from the property over the forests and its quiet, sunny hillside location. For shared use, the following are available: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and fire pit. On request, we also offer bicycle and quad rentals. For an additional charge, we also offer a sauna and hot tub. **Your holiday house** 2 floors, 4 rooms (therefrom 3 bedrooms), 100 sqm, 8 person. Air conditioning, Central heating (wood/coal).
