4/5 - Good
Harrow, close to Harrow on the Hill is ok for shopping but not very attractive. The actual village of Harrow on the Hill with all its history and beautiful buildings and views is stunning!

Rooms are always spotless, well-supplied, with complementary water bottle (and access near elevator to refill with fresh water), and a nice chocolate treat.
