“Arrived London early at 8 am
am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning.
While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet.

“Room was clean but maybe needed a bit of renovation. Hotel is great with some great views across London. Staff helpful. Food in the restaurant pretty good also.”
