“The room was pleasant and always clean for us after a long day. Breakfast was always on the table before we showed up to the table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk away from the Plaza de Armas, quite place if you like to stay away from the noise. ”

“What a horrible experience. This hotel wants to sell its tours and packages. If you don’t buy from them they treat you like garbage. There was no WiFi for a full day. Lukewarm water for 3 days and no hot water at all (freezing cold) for one day and one night. When you message them on WhatsApp they don’t respond. Stay away and don’t support this scam Hotel. I will ensure on my travel blog that nobody books this place and gets scammed.”
