Our family room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our family of four. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the heater kept the room warm and comfortable during the cooler evenings. Breakfast was served promptly each morning at our requested time and included a simple but satisfying cooked breakfast with toast, jams, tea, and coffee. What really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always available to help, offering great recommendations on local attractions and places to visit. "This is a lovely venue and a beautiful town. We had two nights here. The first was in a large family room in the basement, which was a little bit musty. But it was spacious and I appreciated that. The next night we moved upstairs to two large rooms with en suite. They were much more comfortable and lovely views. The breakfast was very nice and generous. The staff were very helpful."

"The location of this resort is stunning, just beautiful. The service is superb. The food is amazing. And the cottage itself was tastefully recreated. We enjoyed walking the tea trails - just expect to make an effort on the plantation hills. We also relaxed and enjoyed the hotel every afternoon. They will do anything to make your stay as perfect as possible. It was an ideal stay for us. "
