“This place is perfect for a weekend getaway—we absolutely loved it! The view is fantastic, and its location just outside of town means you can avoid the traffic during events at Disney. “We chose this location because of the view of the lake, privacy, lake access for fishing and dog friendly. Unfortunately for us they were having a dock built during our stay which limited our privacy and ability to fish. The dock got finished so that won’t be an issue going forward, just bad timing. The owners are very nice! Appreciated the attention to detail like having multiple types of chargers available on the nightstand, extra hair ties in the bathroom, dog bowls and tray for our pup :)……

“We had plenty of parking for our trailers and vehicles. The cabin was clean and had all the essentials you need to enjoy barbqueuing out back and cooking inside. The space had a washer and dryer which was nice with the amount of rain we got it allowed us to dry hoodies. The beds were not very comfortable but i have not stayed at too many places where they have been. Other thank that it was listed accurately. ”

“The guest house was spotless and very clean!! The beds were great. The yard was very shaded and the view was beautiful!!!! We are all older and was the the best place to relax and do some fishing!! The dock was amazing!! And the fish was really biting!!! My older sister had the time of her life!!! She will NEVER forget the MEMORIES we made. ”

“We were in Oklahoma for my son’s National/Worlds fishing tournament on Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees. We stayed 6 nights. We were the first guests to stay at this location. It was just about perfect and we would definitely choose it again. I would just add an informational book that includes WiFi, and helpful locations of grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. There is no dining table, so I would add some tv trays for meals. Gorgeous view and peaceful location. ”
