“Room was dated. Cushion by window was ripped. Blow dryer would only work if you kept the on button pushed in and eventually it started to come off the wall and was hanging by 1 anchor bolt. I deemed it unsafe to use after that. Was not fixed during my 4 day stay. Main electrical outlets did not work and that explained why the clock on the nightstand was unplugged. The previous guest or housekeeping needed it. Breakfast was fine and apparently the lobby just had a remodeled and the rooms……

“The room was clean. However the drain in the bath tub was broken the state of repair was subpar for a newer establishment. The staff was excellent friendly and responsive.”

“no pool says they will not open it back up due to an additional add on being prepared. Main reason I booked was for that. the rooms were out dated and the shower and bathroom faucets had hard water build up and horrible water pressure”

“This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed! I was fine with no frills, but the room was disgustingly dirty!”

“I was on the third floor of this building and it reeked of mold and mildew. I will attach pictures of the room. Everything that was a metal surface had rust on it. I arrived too late to get a new hotel and because I booked on Expedia was not able to cancel. I actually feel there was so much moisture damage that the hotel is unsafe and would cause issues for anyone allergic. This is a place I would never stay in again, and I cannot believe that Comfort Inn would put their name on the property. I……

“Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards”

“We loved our stay! We drive every summer from Houston, Tx up to upper Minnesota to visit family and this was a perfect first overnight stay. It was quiet, private, and just what we needed to relax and reset! This will most likely be our stop each summer!”
