“This house is great! Wonderful for hanging out with a large groups and incredible lake views. Whitney and Brian were incredibly responsive and fully stock the house with everything anyone could ever need... plus they decorated for Christmas for our family visit which was so lovely! Can't recommend this place enough!”

“Lake View was fantastic with a little beach for the kiddos, food was fantastic and bar was pretty cool. Room was hardeood floors, deadbolt locks, completely renovated and comfortable ”

“Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.”

“We rented the house for graduation weekend at Geneseo college. I highly recommend renting this property for visiting with a larger group instead of renting a hotel room when visiting the school, it was perfect for a relaxing grad weekend!!!We were very happy with the house, location and Mary Alice was a pleasure to deal with. She was super attentive and responded immediately when we texted her. I would recommend a stay here! The kitchen was perfect and the house was super clean, it won’t……
