“The breakfast was nice and fresh. Even though I booked it a half hour before I got there, there were chocolates with a welcome personalized note on the bed for us and in the morning a thank you note. They definitely went the extra mile. Clean very cute. Would 100% recommend anybody?”

“Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. The list goes on. We cancelled our reservation after being denied another room and left. They said Expedia would issue the refund. Expedia……

“Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. ”

“I have stayed here many times over the last six years. They have been remodeling and every time I come it is better and better. Our room had all new furniture and carpeting; the bed was fantastic. It is convenient to lots of shopping. ”
