“No staff at the front desk/lobby when we attempted to check in nor when we left in the morning (8:30). No way to get into the room because we later were told that "when you book with Expedia they dont send a "code to your room" which we didnt learn until we stood on a very dark stoop trying to get in. We eventually got into the building but then couldnt get into our room. Eventally we called the emergency number and we were given a code to get in. ”

“Echo Mountain Inn was an absolute gem. The property was spotless, and the hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night after taking in the stunning surroundings. There’s also a charming little store on-site with thoughtful touches.
