“We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to……

“Det var en helt fantastisk lejlighed med første klasse udrustning og helt mageløs udsigt til fjeld, fjord og by. God placering ved broen, så det var nemt, at tage sig til byen og over til Tromsdalen.”

“Die Vermietung laüft über eine zwischengeschaltete Plattform die zwar die Reservierung bestätigt hst aber dennoch auf den eigentlichen Vermieter verweist hat um die Ankunftdetails zu erfahren. Der Vermieter reagierte nicht auf E-Mails und so musste ich ein teueres Telefongespräch nach Norwegen tätigen um vom Vermieter den Eingangscode der Wohnung zu erfahren. Bis zum schluss, waren wir uns nicht sicher, was wir vorfinden würden. Am Tag der Abfahrt habe ich wieder den Vermieter versucht zu……

“Let's start with the disappointments: We received an email a few days before the trip saying we shall take bus 42 and getting off from "Seminarbakken", however there's NO such stop, we waited and waited till we missed our stop and got to take another bus to go back to "Skippergata", which is the closest bus stop from the apartment. The management also told us they will keep us posted if we were able to check-in earlier, but there was no update at all... We stayed for 2 nights, on the second……
