The room was beautiful and I loved the balcony overlooking the lake! The hotel does not have a full length mirror though. The resort has lots of amenities, but we didn’t have time for any of them and they close early, or for weather. Upon check-in, there is an overwhelming amount of information they gave us, and after a day of traveling was unsettling. We ended up for the first day of our vacation stuck with a staff member trying to sell us a time share, but with a free breakfast and $100 as a reward. The breakfast was not worth the 2 or more hours for the time share sell that we weren’t interested in the first place. They say there is no obligation to buy the time share, but they had multiple people (3 different people) speak to us and try to convince us otherwise. It really put a bad taste in our mouth for the rest of our vacation. We felt that a morning was wasted for our vacation for $100.
