The facilities are excellent but in the room there was not even a kettle to make coffee, there was a mini refrigerator with two cans of soda. However, the unforgivable thing is that the Wi-Fi connection did not work inside the room and they use an open network that is not secure. Maybe they are used to receiving local clients who do not need to use wifi"

"We were a group of 15, including 5 children (ages 6 to 10) and grandparents. The house is large…there was a 2 bedroom cottage too, which we did not use. All the bedrooms had very good, very new air conditioning which was great because it was hot during our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable and large, and all had their own separate kitchens/fridges. The pool was great, and very big. Both at the pool and by the outside dining area the owners had installed some anti-mosquito spray pipes which did a very good job . The location was excellent. This was our first time in Umbria. There was a supermarket 5 minutes away. The town of Spello was very beautiful and had lots of restaurants. Assisi was close. Likewise Spoleto. The owners put us in touch with some great chefs to cook dinner for us a few nights. They were terrific. Overall a great house and a great holiday. "

"The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and dangerous it is filled with holes including a terrible one on there entry. The rooms have no ventilation and no windows other than the door. Marco at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff needs training three days they did not remove a bag of trash. The restaurant is amazing the food was outstanding and excellent service. The pools and outdoor area is beautiful. "

"The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. Most impottantly, Nadia, the owner is the most conscientious and solicitous of host. She speaks admirable English and visited every other day to check we were OK and to to clean the hot tub.hill top town with"
