“I stayed at Evergreen Inn last night while visiting Silver Dollar City for the day. After leaving town, I realized I had accidentally left my expensive pillow in the hotel room, so we turned around and went back to ask about it. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. The front desk employee told us no one had reported finding the pillow. When my boyfriend calmly asked what the next steps were and who we should speak with, she told him to “shut up.” She……
