Room was clean. Bathroom was a little run down, but was clean. Pool was warm. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was minimal. The room was clean and ok. We didn't have hand soap, but the other people with us had it in their room. The beds were the normal raised typical beds. The AC worked well. Non-smoking, they had outside smoking areas.

Stayed for 2 nights the free breakfast was decent they had eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, toast and bagels, mini muffins and donuts as well juice, milk and coffee and sitting area to eat your breakfast. We enjoyed the pool too, the water wasn’t freezing cold like many other places we stayed at. Quick check in and out.

Rooms where nice a clean the ac definitely worked and the staff was amazing. The only thing I had a problem with was with was the people above us both nights wanted to be very loud and walk really hard or stomp until around 1-2 am.

Was good overall, rooms are a little on the smaller side. Had an issue with the people above us with the noise but they were prompt to tell them to keep it down. Breakfast was okay. Could use some fruit added. But good for a free breakfast. Would stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

If you're staying in Branson, this is such a great little hotel!!! Such a unique area. Incredible staff, very clean and the pool was GREAT!!! The staff was VERY friendly and had such incredible advice as to where to go, what to do, and great eats!!! The hotel was super peaceful, quiet and safe. We loved having a private entry to our room, and not having to disrupt other's on our late night excursions. AC worked great and the Jacuzzi in our room was rather large. Incredibly comfortable beds! Wi-Fi also worked great!!! We will be returning to this facility for our next trip to Branson. This hotel made accessing Branson to its fullest very simple. We can't wait to return!!! Thank you, Shepard of the Hills Super 8!!! You made our vacation absolutely perfect.
