I would like to say the room was extremely excellent.. i have not stayed in a better room down in Branson very clean.. beds were so comfortable .. nice fridge..nice Microwave.. shower was amazing.. easy parking.. It was nice to finally stay here. The room had been updated and was very clean. There were a couple of minor things that were different than what we are accustomed to at hotels. One is that it was unusual that there was not a peephole for the door or an extra safety latch. Also, there was only one person working when we were ready to check out. The rooms are always clean but do need some minor repairs which has not been an issue...until this trip. They put us in a room that stunk like cigarettes. Non-smoking room??? Complained to no avail. Said they were booked, take it or leave it. We were offered a can of spray which did nothing. We again complained upon leaving again to no avail. Later in the day a woman called my husband about the complaint and started yelling at him before the conversation ended. Said the owners wife had surgery and nothing could be done until they return. We never heard from them.
