We stayed in the one bedroom executive apartment. There were 3 of us (me, my wife and our teenage son), so we had a rollaway bed brought in. Overall, the apartment was in good working order and clean. And it is very convenient that the hotel is attached to the mall. But there were a few minor challenges/shortcomings. First, Expedia advertised the apartment as having 2 bathrooms when it only had one which is inside the bedroom (confirmed with front desk none of the one bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms). Second, we were constantly asking for more towels because the housekeeping staff would only leave 2 towels despite us asking for 3. Third, there is a washer/dryer as well as plates and utensils, which is great, but the hotel does not provide or sell laundry soap or dish soap/sponge, these you must supply yourself. Fourth, the hotel does not seem to have a pay at property option, you MUST prepay. Lastly, for me it is a turnoff when the hotel front desk tries to upsell the room and imply that the room you booked is inferior, especially when we already paid a high rate for the room we reserved (we were in town during F1 as well as the crypto convention so rates were higher than usual).
