“We loved our stay at Troy's place! It was as described in the listing and, if anything, surpassed expectations with all of the natural light inside. We traveled around a bit to some different trails and beaches which were all relatively close by.”

“It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.”

“This house lives up to its billing and reviews.  The isolation- even from neighbors- was wonderful, and the cabin quite comfortable.  Everything was nice and new.  We were impressed with the size of the kitchen, and were able to cook some elaborate meals.  The one night we didn't have cloud cover the sky was mind-blowing.  Even though the house is 500 road miles from our home, it's likely we'll come back.”

“For the last 20 or so years we have rented houses in downeast Maine-three couples who have been friends for far longer. This house was one of the most well thought out, with comfortable furnishings in good condition, beautiful harbor views, and a well equipped kitchen which is as big as it looks in the photos. It was very clean, and showed no signs of end of season tiredness. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glassware, cooking and baking supplies.The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses……

We really enjoyed our stay at Josh and Megan’s cute home.We didn’t mind driving an hour to the main Acadia entrance and Bar Harbor since Corea is close to the Schoodic entrance of Acadia.This is our third stay near Acadia NP and second stay in Corea. For us, this quiet fishing town feels like the real Maine. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby and the Corea Co-op makes getting fresh lobster for dinner very easy.As for the house, it was very warm thanks to mini splits……

“Very clean and fully stocked. It was close to parks and great food. We loved the location. Laundry on site was so handy! Our space was warm so we ended up buying a fan to sleep more comfortably. The AC was pulled prior to our visit. Keep this in consideration if you book early fall. ”
