“The first night we got to the hotel, the staff and hotel manager said I didn’t pay for any reservation. Even after showing them the receipt of the booking I made through Expedia, the hotel staff insisted that I didn’t have any paid reservation. It wasn’t until some minutes of going back and forth with the hotel manager and staff that they confirmed our booking when we were almost on our way to look for another hotel. While making the booking online, the pictures made me believe the room I booked……
