Living room with 140cm bed. Large kitchen area with washwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, safe, iron. bathroom with washing machine and WC. No balcony/terrace. Parking n°106. Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid 1.44 euro per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
