The sandy Mediterranean beach is only 3.5 km away at the mouth of the river and is easily accessed by walking, cycling or driving. Noise from the road outside can occur, especially in the high seaon with many tourists on the camping sites. The spacious accommodation within this apartment currently offers two double bedrooms both with large double beds and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also one double sofa bed (sleeps 2) within the living area. The apartment has one aircon in the living room. Other accommodation to be found within the apartment is; a large fully equipped kitchen (both Senseo coffee machine and a filter coffee machine), a good sized bathroom with 1 wash basin and shower. There is a separate toilet. The focal point of the living room is the window overlooking the apartment's own large terrace and garden area with outside barbecue area. Secure parking is available within the complex. This apartment is centrally heated so is ideal for low season breaks. With Beziers Airport only 10 minutes from Agde - this apartment is ideally located for flying from the UK. Ryanair fly regularly from 5 major UK airports (Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester, London Luton and London Stansted) as well as Stockholm, Dusseldorf and Paris Beauvais. On a bien été accueillis comme il faut. L'appartement est équipé au complet. La pièce à vivre est climatisée, des ventilateurs sont mis à disposition dans les chambres, nous permettant ainsi d'être confortable au maximum. Des produits ménagers/d'hygiène sont également disponibles (savon, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, sacs poubelles, spray nettoyant pour la salle de bain etc.). Il y a de nombreuses boutiques et de nombreux commerces répartis un peu partout au coeur de la ville, facilitant ainsi les déplacements. La ville est en elle même très charmante, il y a des fêtes, de la musique, une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante qui fait en sorte que l'on s'intègre rapidement. Les voisins sont d'ailleurs tout aussi sympathiques et bienveillants. La sécurité est bien présente dans le domaine ; on ne peut pas entrer dans la résidence sans clé ou code. Je tiens également à remercier le propriétaire qui a fait preuve d'une organisation irréprochable ainsi qu'à monsieur David, l'hôte d'accueil, qui se soucie toujours de notre confort durant le séjour en se montrant très serviable et attentionné. Ces vacances fûrent inoubliables pour moi, mon mari et mes enfants. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sicheren kleinen Anlage. Die Anlage ist zwar schon ein wenig älter aber sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung war gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar essen und sich sonnen. Auch der überdachte PKW-Stellplatz hat sich als sehr nützlich erwiesen bei den hohen Temperaturen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, direkt am Fluss wo man prima schwimmen kann, etwas abgelegen aber dennoch zentral genug um schnell am Meer zu sein oder in der Stadt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Straße direkt an der Anlage, welche gelegentlich recht laut werden konnte. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Außerdem hatten wir viel Spaß mit dem kostenlos bereit gestellten Kanu, Wasserfahrrädern und bei spannenden Tischtennisturnieren :) Es wird also allerhand spannende Freizeitbeschäftigung für Klein und Groß geboten und das ohne zusätzliche Kosten!
