OUR PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
- Professional assistance on site
- Dedicated maintenance man in emergency response
- Linen (bath towels, pool towels and sheets) 1 set per person per week (initial set);
- Electricity consumption up to 650 kw/week;
- Final cleaning
- Cleaning once a week 4 hours per 2 housekeepers for stays from 28/06 to 13/09

You can request a 10% discount on stays of at least one week during the periods 26/04 - 28/06 and 13/09 - 25/10

Villa of 300 sqm with private pool 150 meters from the sea and the sandy beach, covers about 1500 square meters of land.
The villa is on 3 levels.
First level:
freshwater swimming pool of 4 x 15 m deep and 1.50 m; furnished with 6 beds, 6 chairs and two sofas with shed.
Patio dining and relaxation area with sofas, barbecue area.
Large sea view terrace furnished with armchairs and equipped area with table and chairs. Large open plan living room with TV area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of a suite with a double bed, a single bed, sea view and large bathroom with tub and shower and 6 bedrooms with two single beds each which can be joined into a double bed. All bedrooms have a full ensuite bathroom.

Access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or guests accredited and quiet and privacy is protected by the active security service 24 hours on 24.

Vignola at 3 Km distance, where you can find and practice water sports that we can also book for you.
Worth notice: Porto la Cruzitta, Cala Serraina, Baia Saraceno, Naracu Nieddu, Monti Russu, Rena Majori, Capo Testa e Baia Santa Reparata, Blu Flag 2017.

journey through the great flavours of Gallura and Mediterranean cuisine.

Extra to be paid on the spot:
Tourist tax from June 1st to September 30th € 5 a day, per max 10 nights, over 18 years old.
