“The property was clean and well decorated. There was a kettle, toaster and coffee machine in the kitchen, but only one socket for all three. The kitchen was equipped with two hobs and a microwave.The light switch in the bedroom has a battery operated switch, but the batteries were flat. There was also a remote in which the batteries were good. There is a plug in heater in each of the bedrooms, but no accessible socket to plug it in. “We had a wonderful time in Peniche. We were there for a week just a We were there for a week just an excellent place to stay, highly recommended you will not regret it. Barbara, our host was amazing. Her son met us when we arrived he personally walked us through the apartment, showing us all the amenities how to work the TV, etc., and then told us about all of the close by restaurants and amenities. The apartment was truly a home away from home very clean and had everything you could ever think……

“You won't find a nicer, generous host! This family went above and beyond. We had a personal greeting, beautiful oasis garden, and a hand-made cabin to enjoy- including a bottle of wine and some warm sandwiches after arriving by bicycle. We forgot a sweater and Francisco even found us miles away on our ride to the next destination to deliver it! Amazing!”

“We had no hot water in either shower for the entire stay. We complained and were told to run the kitchen water in hot and it would engage. This did not work. We never had one hot shower in three days. Coffee machine didn’t function and leaked everywhere. The construction next door us extremely loud and impossible to rest in morning and during day. Would NOT recommend….”
