“Met in car on arrival, shown where to park and room. Lovely hotel, wine tour was good, wine tasting was excellent and our expert was very good at describing the wines, brandy and cha cha. Cooking workshops were good fun and you are what you made! Food in restaurant was really nice. Breakfast was nice, but the weakest link of the whole stay. “I want to start from the beginning. Oto, who was at the front desk, was very nice, helpful, and welcoming. He explained everything in detail, which made us feel comfortable right away. I stayed for the weekend (2 nights) and booked a family room. The room was spotless, the shower worked perfectly, and the cleaning lady was extremely kind and helpful. The indoor pool was warm and clean. There was also a jacuzzi, small but very clean and my kids absolutely loved it. I also used the sauna and steam……
