“We stayed here for nine nights in February and really enjoyed it. We were fortunate to get the Alyssa suite which was marvellous. It was spacious, comfortable and cosy. As previous guests have pointed out the breakfast was fantastic, we had something different every day. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. We did a couple of their tours which were very well organised with good vehicles and drivers. We highly recommend Dar Benti.”

“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

“Amazing stay at El Mouradi Palace, Sousse! Stayed Jan 2–18 for my honeymoon and a small party—everything was perfect. Great staff, highly trained managers, excellent security, beautiful rooms, and the food was outstanding (very experienced chef team). I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels worldwide, but this one is special. Recommend Full Board—the food is amazing. Thanks to Mr. Sahbe (Duty Manager) for his kindness and hospitality.”

“Piscine propre personnes professionnels. Juste un problème en arrivant à la chambre il y'avais deux lit séparés alors notre demanande pour un lit double, après réclamation ils nous ont promis que ca sera fait le lendemain, mais rien n'a été fait le lendemain vers 20heures on rentrons la chambre elle a été même pas faite comme on l'a laissé le matin. Pour un hôtel 4étoiles c'est vraiment dommage. ”
