Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.

At check in the assistant was not friendly.
The best part of our stay was the spa and the beach. I must mention Karim who went out of his way to find us a decent room that didn’t have smelly stale cigarette air blowing out of their aircon vents and a decent double bed. This is one of more decent El mouradi hostels. Food was good.

The most amazing stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic. A shout out to Pica and Tito from the animation team and Dali one of the lifeguards. The entertainment was great, the food was delicious, drink service fast and the room was clean and spacious.
