“At check-in, they kept us waiting 30 minutes to inspect the room, even though we arrived around 8PM! When we got to the room, there was no towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and the water hose was ripped! They brought us towels at 11:00 pm, when we were already in bed. Also, the water heater was off, and we ended up realizing we had to turn it on ourselves after having a cold shower!!! The only positive was that the room was clean! ”
