“The hotel is not as shown. Rooms are old and worn. The bathtub/shower combination was dangerous as the tub bottom was smooth. Easy to slip and fall on. Not very good for seniors that travel.”

The location was perfect for our stay.”

“Went on a day that had many baseball teams there kids were running around until well past midnight , went to use the laundry facility and there is only one wash machine and one dryer Somebody put their clothes in the washer but did not start it I waited about 40 min went back clothes were done washing so I put their clothes in the dryer and put my clothes in the washer When I went back after my clothes were done washing the dryer said 45 min left I came back forty minutes later my……

“The rooms were spacious and clean. Every person I encountered on staff, including the front desk was available and friendly. The entire hotel was clean, including the outside. We especially love the coffee machine, and if there was a negative it would be that we couldn’t get up early enough for what seems like would be a delicious breakfast because it was over by 8:30 instead of nine . really impressed with our first stay. “I want a refund! The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel. The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund. “Definitely kids kind of place. I don’t know how any hotel can keep up with the wear and tear of children. It’s pretty visible.”

“Neither the sink or shower drained properly. One bed was so damaged that is kept flopping off and the other had an extremely loud squeak from the slightest movement. The room smelled of mold with the AC on. It was not a positive experience. One positive is the bedding was clean”
