“Do not recommend this hotel. Was supposedly remodeled fairly recently but things were worn there was mold growing down the sides of the building our room had several patches that were not even painted. This hotel has a water park so when the weekend comes there are kids everywhere, the Hotel has 2 elevator's which only one was working and on Saturday the working elevator broke also was told nothing they could do about it.do not stay at this place.”

“Nice, welcoming, cozy and clean. It’s been well maintained. Only complaint is I wasn’t told of the $30 pet fee at booking. My kids loved the pool. Spa had been shut down and we were not told of that ahead of time either but they had it up and going again while we were there. Because of the pet fee, I felt it was overpriced for what we got. I would recommend staying here but be aware of the above items so you can be prepared.”

“Realized at the front desk I had booked the wrong day. Apologized and they said they would get it refunded, but that it would take some time. I noted that was fine and then rebooked the correct day via Expedia. They had my number and had over a week to fix, but never responded or took any action so I was charged for a room I never stepped foot in this week. Careless and disrespectful to a customer. The room I did stay in the first night smelled like mildew and was humid, despite the AC running……
