“The thermostat was not responsive. At first we wanted it warmer then it took 24 hours to become warmer and then it was too hot and took over 12 hours to become cooler again. There was a smell of sewage when we first got there. The bedroom with the door to the back yard had bugs on the ceiling and floors. They were spiders, ants, and small fruit flies. They only gave one bottle of water for our whole trip. We would have loved a lot more water. Their communication is very poor, it took over 12……

“Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et avons de nouveau été très satisfaits. Nous apprécions particulièrement son emplacement pratique sur la route vers Madrid, tout en étant proche du centre-ville de Vitoria.
