Local amenities within walking distance to cafes and restaurants and supermarket. Large supermarket in Quesada and Almoradi. Only 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar and La Mata.
Perfect location for golf and family vacations. Airports half an hour from Alicante and 55 minutes from Murcia. At 15 km from Torrevieja.

Thought the property was fantastic with beautiful views over the golf course from the roof top terrace. Real home from home with everything you could possibly need, modern stylish apartment with air conditioning and all mod cons. Beautiful sun set views from the roof top terrace, easy and pleasant 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants, with easy access to the golf course. Lovely communal pool, with friendly people who own their own properties, good secure off road car parking. Suzanne always responded to messages promptly with good communication from booking to going home.
