“Bathroom had bugs in which didn’t make the shower look to clean it but I don’t think that’s due to the lack of cleaning. I think the bugs are just finding their way inside some how. All the linen and beds were clean. Room was clean”

“The outdoor pool was dirty as well as the indoor. The sauna was not clean. There was no staff in the spa area, and there was no access to the speedboat. However all the staff were kind and welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. We just wish we had access to the spa activities but couldn’t because of the unhygienic conditions. ”

And the director of the hotel helped me change the dates He spent 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia. I really appreciated that. I recommend that they shampoo the carpets in the halls. Other than that the room was very clean. Staff was nice and Penrose diner is right across the street. ”
