"The hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, the room was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit. "
"The hotel is in the middle of a massive building site. A bit far from anything even a coffee house. Room is gorgeous but doesn’t have a much needed table. Had to unpack onto the floor. Don’t think we’d stay there again."
"First impressions - matters. After checking in online, I got a message my room was ready. I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message.
This left a bitter taste for the whole hotel experience. Shame as location, pool, sauna and breakfast really was excellent."
