"The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Great view, quite new and clean. I also like the design style."

"Location was great. 15 minutes walk to bus station. Good food around."

"Best location inside the national park. As well as to do the cruise to the grey glacier. Highly recommended for sure."

"Wonderful spot and location! Good cost benefit"

"Loved this hotel even though we only had 1 night. Nice room, free waterholes and refill station. Amazing view. Breakfast was lovely and they started early as we were leaving on a tour. Ate at the restaurant fir dinner and the food was great. Only thing we had problems with was the room and restaurant needed a fan as it was unusually hit and the giant glass windows had soaked up a the sun and we couldn't get it cool."

"Great location, staff, facilities, food, and the VIEW !!!! One of the BEST experiences we have had across all of our travels"

"Amazing place in the entrance of the National Park, very comfortable room and a fantastic buffet style dinner in a beautiful, wood dinner room."

"The staff were wonderful. The food was very good and generous. The beds were really comfortable!! I was a bit disappointed about two things for a "camping" experience. I was kept awake one night by the generator running continuously. Secondly, for an area of the world that is known for it's dark sky and star-gazing, I was really disappointed that there were so many lights on in the main tent and also the surrounding lodges. Also, the beer seemed ridiculously expensive!"
