The room had just been mopped upon check in so the floors were still wet but it smelled good and clean. Water was plenty hot. There was a dead roach behind the bathroom door and several wall fixtures missing. The AC was good and cold, would freeze you out. It was fairly quiet until the early morning hours when you can hear every step from the room above. I would ask for an upstairs room if I ever stay again. This was a convenient place to stay, not far from the coliseum which is why I picked it. A little run down, but you get what you pay far. It's decent for the price.

I'm very particular about my hotel stays. It has to be safe, clean, affordable and offers various amenities. First time staying personally but i have family and friends that have enjoyed it so i tried it and was well pleased with value for price.

Property was ok for the money. Clean. Room was a little outdated. Breakfast food was lukewarm…oatmeal, eggs, sausage not hot. No fruit. No non-stick spray for the waffle maker so it stuck and crumbled. I didn’t see any kitchen staff at all. Check in was smooth and friendly.
