"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lambros in August 2025.Firstly the weather was superb!Sure the villa is a bit out in the sticks, but its an easy enough drive of 20mins to Rethymno. There is a Lidl on the way in for shopping, also a mini market 400m up the road from the villa which is also well stocked and reasonably priced.The villa is wonderful, spacious and clean, gardens and pool area beautiful, BBQ and outside eating areas are fantastic alsoThe concierge service was exceptional, communication was great. We had a medical problem whilst there and they helped us sort it out in the middle of the night, can't speak highly enough of them.The area of Rethymno is lovely especially the old town and the beach areas, lots of things to do outside of the villa, especially recommend Rethymno, Episkopi and Lake Kournas.Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone."

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sugar – truly one of the best holiday homes we’ve ever stayed in. The villa is stunning, spacious, and extremely well equipped, but let me say this clearly: the pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking – especially at sunset.Although the beach is only a 5-minute drive away, we ended up spending most of our time at the villa because it was so peaceful and relaxing. The private pool, games area, and outdoor dining made it feel like our own private resort.Everything you need is provided – from a full kitchen, washing machine, and BBQ, to games and high-end appliances. There were also regular cleans during our stay, which helped keep everything fresh and spotless – a really thoughtful touch that made a big difference.The host was exceptional – warm, responsive, and generous.
